KELLI DUBEAUPresident

The Exquisite Events team is now decorating over 350 tented and indoor events per season in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts area.  Planning and designing parties has been a part of Kelli’s life for as long as she remembers and she considers herself extremely lucky to have been able to turn her true passion for a good party into a highly successful decor company.

Working as the Newport Naval Officer’s Club’s social secretary in the late 1980’s, Kelli first introduced the naval base to formal tented events igniting her interest in the world of tents! Soon after, Kelli opened The Main Event which over the years evolved into Exquisite Events, a full service event coordination and design company where she has partnered with distinguished event coordinator Stasia Anthony. 

Kelli’s passion for event design and tent decoration is unyielding. Clients love to see her eyes light up with excitement as she designs their event.  Kelli’s rare mix of resourcefulness, imagination and style has made this seasoned designer an industry favorite.

 

Casey DeLeone Vice President | Director of Sales and Marketing

That's Casey in a nutshell! Her professionalism, meticulous ability to cultivate client relationships along with her warm and friendly demeanor have truly fine-tuned the design side of EE.  Casey and Kelli have been working side by side for over ten years and she's perfected the ability to put Kelli's thoughts into words before they come out of her mouth! Our 350 yearly events seamlessly transition from idea to perfection as a direct result of Casey's dedicated work.

Lauren E. FelixAssistant to the Vice President/Event Design Coordinator

Born and raised in the special events industry, Lauren began her career with EE when she was just 16 years old as a part of our setup and breakdown team. Six years later, in 2014, her dedication and passion for her work brought her back into the business as an invaluable member of our sales and design team. Lauren's strong client and vendor relationships are a direct result of her love of the industry and years of networking exposure.
Sarah CrowellEvent Design Coordinator
“the enthusiasm of all things exquisite”

Sarah left the world of finance in early 2015 to join our sales and design team in this fast paced, creative industry. She works side by side with Casey and Lauren, taking our clients conceptions and successfully translating them into reality. She quickly became a significant part of the team with her professional manner, love of organization and quick fire personality. Sarah's healthy, balanced lifestyle even has the office switching over to stand-up desks!
Wayne HawksleyDirector of Operations
“the King of all things Exquisite”

Wayne hails from the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of management, operations, and team building experience to the Exquisite Events team.

He has held top management positions at Hemenway's Bar & Grill, The Old Grist Mill Tavern, as well as being the Director of Food Service at Hasbro's world headquarters. Most recently he owned and operated Clockwork Catering for 17 years.

In this role Wayne is responsible for logistics, warehouse inventory, hiring and training event staff, and ensuring a flawless event from setup to breakdown. This position coordinates the fabric team, the design team, and the event staff to deliver an Exquisite Event to our valued clients!

Amanda Somogie Director of Textiles

Amanda has been a part of the EE family since 2010. After getting a degree in textiles, she started her career with us as part of the set up crew, then became an integral part of our front of house office staff and has since taken her talents to head our fabric department where her efficiency, knowledge, cheerfulness and can-do attitude help us run like a well-oiled machine.

Cassy Bellrose Director of Design - Administrative

We would be lost without her! Through her keen operational knowledge, Cassy keeps us organized and has her finger-on-the-pulse of the ever changing tented event schedules. Making sure our crews know their next moves and have a thorough understanding of our clients wants and needs, with meticulous attention to detail, Cassy crosses every T and dots every I.
