With more than two decades of success in the field of event planning and design, Stasia Callaghan Anthony is known for her exceptional service, exquisite style, professionalism, calm demeanor, and making each event an affair to truly celebrate.

Since co-founding Exquisite Events in 2000 with well-known event designer Kelli DuBeau, Stasia and her talented staff have fashioned unique personalized weddings and events in Newport, Boston, Cape Cod, New York, The Hampton, Palm Beach, the Bahamas, and other fabulous destinations. Stasia strives to realize each client’s vision, planning and overseeing every detail to create an unforgettable event in any destination imaginable. Known for her insightful creativity and joie de vivre, Stasia brings sophistication and whimsy to events, while uniquely reflecting each client’s personal style.

In addition to her work at Exquisite Events, Stasia has extensive experience in event planning for Citibank (NYC), Glen Cove Mansion (Long Island), and the Pontchartrain Hotel (New Orleans), as well as building a successful catering firm: Glorious Affairs (Newport). This hands-on experience, coupled with her Business and Hotel Management degree from the University of New Hampshire, makes Stasia one of New England’s most knowledgeable and well-rounded event professionals.

Lauren Heilman

Most Exquisite Events Coordinator

Meticulous and engaging, Lauren enjoys working hands-on with brides and coordinators alike to ensure every moment of the planning process is almost as fun and exciting as the event itself. Bringing your vision to life is not a task- it’s a passion. Her education in communication and web development through Western Washington University has lent itself to a strong set of detailing skills unique in an evolving events industry.
Before her transition to the Exquisite Events team in February 2014, Lauren spent three years working with the day-of coordination team at Oceancliff in Newport, Rhode Island. As banquet captain, she went the extra mile to give guests an unforgettable experience while maintaining a positive and upbeat energy throughout Wedding weekends, corporate dinners, fundraisers, and celebrations with a staggering 600+ guest count. Her background in impeccable service and active event supervision has driven Lauren to be an asset to every Exquisite Event.

Kristina Ebbitt

Most Exquisite Events Coordinator

Kristina graduated from University of Rhode Island with a degree in Textiles Merchandising and Design with a minor in Photography. Through-out her time in college and highschool Kristina was an event server all over Newport for just shy of ten years. After college she put her photography skills to use as a local wedding photographer. She then secured a part-time position at OceanCliff Hotel in Newport as the Assistant Event Manager, quickly advancing and eventually moving over to the Regatta Place as their sole Event Manager running over 60 weddings a season. An asset to the company, she provided each client the security and confidence that their day would be exactly how they had envisioned it.

Joining the Exquisite team in 2016, Kristina brings 15 years of insight into the Newport Event industry. Organized and innovative, her devotion to the highest level of customer service is evident. With fashion, interior design, and photography as her passions, she is committed to executing the most Exquisite Event.

Angela Marzan

Most Exquisite Assistant Coordinator

Angela joined the Exquisite Events team in August 2015 after moving to Newport, Rhode Island from New York, New York. Prior to Exquisite Events, Angela was a publicist in New York City for nine years, working with lifestyle, beauty, fashion & celebrity clients. The event planning she did as a publicist – from large scale New York Fashion Week events to intimate product launches – motivated her to pursue event coordination full time. In the hopes of learning from the absolute best, Angela moved to Newport to tackle this dream.

Angela has a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion History and Visual Culture from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study. She aspires to be the perfect host for any event she plans and looks forward to working with the Exquisite Events team while she plans her own dream wedding for 2017.

Lauren Gertz

Most Exquisite Assistant Coordinator

Lauren’s professional attitude coupled with her friendly smile, patient demeanor, and keen attention to detail create a welcoming and exquisite experience. Lauren graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Working with children as an overnight camp counselor many summers, volunteering at assisted living homes and shelters, and running programming and fundraising as the Community Service and Philanthropy Event Director for her sorority are just a few of her unique assets. Her interest in adventure was utilized well when she furthered her independence through studying abroad for a semester in Australia making the most of her love for photography and traveling. Lauren looks forward to future opportunities and is eager to live her passion as each client’s vision is brought to life to surpass their wildest dreams.

Diane Difazio

Most Exquisite Event Detailer and Most Exquisite Organizer

Diane's organizational skills and attention to detail is unparrelled. With over 30 years in the Hospitality industry, there is nothing that Diane can't handle...including last minute seating changes, inclement weather plan B or C, vendor set ups, etc..., and always with grace and style. Her Exquisite skills always keeps everything on schedule and detailed to perfection.

Daryl Kolator

Daryl's calming demeanor, personal attentiveness, attention to every detail, timeliness and patience is so appreciated by all of our discerning brides and attendants. Her caring nature, sincerity and pampering provides every bride a timeless, stress-free day...keeping everyone on schedule and optimizing the celebrations.

Priscilla Malone

Priscilla's multitude of talents include artist extrodinare, inn keeper, chef and craftswoman. No matter what Priscilla takes on it is done to perfection! Her personal attention, effervescent personality, sense of humor, patience, warmth and kindness is so deserving to all of our Exquisite clients.

Lucinda Caldwell

Most Exquisite Event Detailer and Most Exquisite Cuer of Ceremony Musicians

Lucinda is an accomplished harpist & musician. Her creative nature and years of experience working weddings are the perfect attributes to detailing Exqusite Events. Perfectly tying hudreds of chair sashes, nautical roping creations for place cards and chair backs, and knowing the exact timing to cue musicians are just a few of her many talents.

Erin Batherson

Erin's organizational skills and calming demeanor keep all guests at ease, whether she is arranging for child care services or attending to guest transportation. Her dry sense of humor and charming personality is a perfect compliment to the Exquisite Events team.

Brittany Anthony

Most Exquisite Detailer of Event Set Up

Also affectionately known as "Britt A," Brittany is extremely conciensous, has an unwavering work ethic, is detailed, service oriented and gracious. Her good sense of humor and team player attitude are qualities that are a great asset to detailing of all Exquisite Events.
Brittany's years in the hospitality industry working at Fluke Wine Bar and Kitchen & Newport Yacht club have been a great asset in all her work with Exquisite Events. Brittany is a gymnast and skier, as well as an honors psycology and nutrician major at the University of Colorado at Boulder.


Brittney Ziebell

Most Exquisite Gift Bag Creator and Organizer of all Things Exquisite

Also affectionately known as "Britt Z," Brittney is extremely detailed, creative, energetic, artistic, and a perfectionist on all that she takes on. Her skills are evident in all her work with the Exquisite Events team. Brittney's experience in the hospitality industry at Fluke Wine Bar and Kitchen and Newport Yacht club have been a great asset in all her work with Exquisite Events.
Brittney is a ski racer, honor student, art history and marketing major at Colby College in Maine. She returns each summer to work with Exquisite Events. 

Laura Remmert

Most Exquisite Associate Event Planner

Stasia and Laura had the pleasure of working together with a mutual client for their wedding in Harbor Island, Bahamas. There was an immediate mutual respect and admiration for one another which proved to be the beginning of a great collaboration on Events in New York as well as Newport. Laura’s effervescent personality, unwavering organizational skills, creativity and endless energy to perfect all that she takes, along with her vast experience in the events industry has been so well received.  Laura’s combined resources and skill set have been the perfect complement to our Exquisite Events team. Laura is based out of New York City with her own Event and floral design company, Laura Remmert Events.
